Product Return Policy

 

Return based on “change of mind” is not accepted by any means.

Return the product(s) in their original packaging within seven (7) days, together with your receipt for either an exchange or a full refund.

We will accept returns from customers ONLY on these following conditions:

​

1. Incorrect item(s) delivered; and

2. The items returned to us are in their original condition.

​

We will extend a full refund for the price of any item that fulfills the above requirements excluding the shipping cost.

​

• Refunds will only be paid to the original payer/purchaser.

Procedure

​

 To obtain a refund for returned products: 

​

1.  Approval for the return must be received prior to the return of the shipment to the Company. This approval must be obtained, either by telephone, and in writing. The actual return shipment must be accompanied by the receipt. 

2. The Company will provide the customer with the correct procedures and location for returning the products. All return shipping costs must be paid for by customer.

3. This return/refund procedure may vary in jurisdictions where different repurchase requirements are imposed by law. Applicable laws may dictate the terms of the refund policy.
